Very sorry to hear about Joel...good guy. At one of the earlier reunions, I brought up with Joel remembering how his dark/light salad bowl came apart on the lathe in shop, and how he got a new one done before the summer was over. Funny how we remember this trivia from so long ago.

Hey, BS Cohen & Steve Busch, check out: http://www.nicholsonheritage.org/tunkhannock-creek-viaduct/ In a few frames, you can see the metal handholds we used. As Kampers, we lived in a simpler age. Today, nobody gets near what we did--even with helmets, kneepads, & lawyers' waivers.... (more)

Recognize the picture?! Absolutely, Steve: it is the Nicholson Bridge (officially known as the Tunkhannock Viaduct) and I took my daughter there to see it when we visited the KK ruins fifteen years ago.
